From the original 1980's tv series The Dukes of Hazzard. This is The Backroads Chase Set General Lee and Boss Hogg's Caddy cars. The item has never been opened, however the plastic window on the box has become separated from the box due to glue deterioration.

The box has become warped over the years. However, both cars appear to be in great shape. It was manufactured by Grand Toys/Jovets Grand and Canadian company so the packaging is in both English and French.
