You are looking at RARE MEGO TOYS 1981 THE DUKES OF HAZZARD DAISY DUKE 3 3/4 GRAND TOYS CANADA MOC. Everybody likes to throw around the word "rare". But this a very rare Grand Toys version of this figure produced in Montreal Canada. On a French and English Canadian card.

Bubble is sealed all around. Card is creased in a few places. There is some kind of toy store stamp on back of card.
