This was ONLY taken out of the box to be signed by James Best aka Sheriff Roscoe P. Coltrain from Dukes of Hazard. This was signed in 1995 or 1996 at the Radisson Hotel in Monroeville Pennsylvania at an expo that was held there. The item is a 2002 Ertl Item 7967 and it says on the box that the hood opens. This has been on a shelf or most of the time in a sealed tote, never taken from the box to be played with or displayed. As said above, it was only taken out of the box the one time to be autographed. Please check the pictures as there is slight wear showing on the packaging on this item in a couple places. ADDING NEW ITEMS ALL THE TIME!!
