The General Lee has never been removed from it's package but there is some slight box indenting from storage all these years. Made back in 2005, the "Try Me" feature button still works and blares out the famous tune when you press the button.

9v remote battery not included, but 9.6v main battery is in the package, according to the sticker on the front.
